Finally, 3 years after promising my daughter Katie and I would take her bread making we met Rhiannon in sunny Epsom and set about a day of Focaccia, Ciabatta, rolls and bread sticks. Firstly Rhiannon is a delight, knows her onions and makes learning and baking fun. Secondly we took home soooo much bread we could barely move! Highly recommended to anyone – experienced and novice. We re-booked before we left and will return in January with 4 more friends to have a go at French loaves. Marvie!
